We encourage our counselees to learn techniques to overcome issues at their workplace. Along with providing emotional support, guidance and assessment tools to deal with corporate dynamics, enhance performance, motivate and empower, we also offer soft skills and life skills training. These include enhancing emotional intelligence, sharpening interpersonal communications, conflict resolution techniques, coaching for performance, stress management, time management, goal setting, problem solving, effective decision making, critical thinking, creative thinking, developing positive attitude, self-confidence and self-esteem as part of self-awareness exercises. We believe that developing and applying these skills will help our counselees enhance their workplace performance and create a more harmonious professional environment.
