Enthusiastic and bubbly with dollops of positivity, Ranjini is your ‘go-to’ when life seemingly swings out of balance. She has excellent experience in the field of patient counseling where she implemented individualized techniques to counsel patients with empathy and genuine concern aimed at positive therapeutic outcomes. With the right blend of emotion and practicality and proven methods of helping people overcome nagging issues, she (as vouched for by her counselees) is the one you can count on when the chips are down. Her stint with patient counseling opened up an avenue she was particularly drawn to – child and adolescent counseling. Incredibly good with youth and children, she practices care and compassion with emphasis on individual attention to nurture emotional growth. Her methods involve the advocacy and use of practical skill and strategies to effectively cope with life’s challenges.
Ranjini has 9+years of experience helping people from diverse age groups and this also includes a stint with project management in a corporate setting, where she witnessed first hand the effects of stress in everyday life. Always the first to initiate a meaningful conversation, her warmth and genuine desire to help individuals battling anxiety and depression made her take up counseling full time. Accommodative, accepting and adaptable without being judgemental, she has the uncanny ability to remain unfazed even in the most stressful situations.
Apart from certifications in counseling, Ranjini is also a certified Life Skills trainer helping individuals gain an awareness of self, making them assertive, empathetic and resilient when coping with stress. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Applied Psychology to further hone her skills in addressing issues related to mental health and well being.
