We reiterate the fact that they are not alone and not to be blamed. We teach them healthy ways to express their emotions, be it, anger, sorrow, joy or fear. For those affected by academic stress, we can guide them through effective study tips to improve memory and concentration. We also help children deal with anxiety, fear of failure, academic stress, exam fear, lack of confidence, and peer pressure. We aim to empower them to build a positive attitude, will power, practice self-love, self-belief, self-esteem and self- confidence and help them realize their self-worth.
